What experience do you need?
At Formula Won we look for people who have excellent sales skills together with a strong personality. Additionally you will need some media sales experience, a good listener, loads of enthusiasm & energy.

What can I expect to earn?
It will depend on your experience - however salaries range from £18-35,000 with generous commission + bonus. Realistic OTE in your first year based on a salary of £23,000 (£55,000)
